The Challenge
The Government of Valle del Cauca sought to strengthen and modernize its management through tools that would allow information integration and real-time monitoring of development plans. The goal was to establish a mechanism that, in addition to optimizing internal decision-making, would promote transparency and facilitate citizen oversight.
Our Solution
To address this challenge, Vennex Group combined its technological expertise with the department’s requirements, providing a comprehensive intelligent analysis system (Smart-eGov). The solution focused on three main pillars:
Centralized Platform: A unified database was built to integrate information from different departments, providing a 360° view of departmental management.
Control Dashboards: Custom dashboards were designed for public officials, enabling real-time monitoring of project progress, budget execution, and key performance indicators from the Development Plan.
Transparency Portal: A public portal was launched, allowing citizens to track project progress—fostering civic engagement and effective social oversight.
